By signing this Official Entry form, we agree that:

1) Our Festival Entry Fee is non-refundable after December 31 of this year.

2) We will submit proof of rights to produce this play by the required date.

3) We will abide by all guidelines of the QUONTA Drama Festival and all decisions made by the Festival Committee and the QUONTA President under those guidelines.

4) In the event that a preliminary adjudication round is needed, we will pay an equal share of the reasonable costs of such preliminary adjudication round.

DEADLINE: IMPORTANT NOTICE!

This official Festival Entry will be accepted only if:

1) it is received by the QUONTA President with the $200.00 entry fee prior to the call to order of the Fall Executive meeting and

2) the group’s annual member dues have been paid by the same deadline to the QUONTA Treasurer.
